I loved Denis Johnson's Tree of Smoke--what an amazing book. I also nabbed Junot Diaz's Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao from your shelf this week, and it's been keeping me up too late at night. Thanks for the helpful display!
I can highly recommend Water for Elephants. Beautifully written!
